Corvus is a full-bodied California Cabernet Sauvignon with well-integrated, smooth tannins. It is crafted from Cabernet grapes sourced from two unique regions. One half of the grapes comes from Lodi, imparting a forward fruit character and a smooth finish. The other half is grown in Lake County, contributing a gentle acidity and refined structure. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 28 months before bottling, enhancing its balance and smooth texture.
