WINE DESCRIPTION
Conte Collalto's Spumante Rosé Extra Dry originates from the hills surrounding the San Salvatore Castle in Veneto. It's crafted from Manzoni Moscato grapes, a hybrid of Raboso Piave and Moscato d'Amburgo, harvested in the last week of September. After cold destemming and skin maceration with the must for approximately 2 days, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and matures in the bottle for around 6 months. This meticulous process results in a delightful sparkling wine with a captivating character and a touch of violet.
