WINE DESCRIPTION
Concha y Toro Gran Reserva Serie Riberas Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Ucúquer Vineyard which is located in the Colchagua Valley. The vineyard is situated around 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean, meaning the vines are exposed to a strong maritime influence. The grapes are mechanically harvested and gently pressed. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperatures. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before its release.
