This exquisite Champagne is crafted exclusively from the finest Chardonnay grapes in the Champagne region. It's a unique blend of six Premiers and Grands Crus from Chardonnay, featuring Avize, Oger, and Chouilly as its pillars, each renowned for distinct qualities. Avize contributes strength, Oger offers tenderness, and Chouilly imparts elegance and finesse with their naturally occurring iodine and citrus notes from their chalky soil. The balance is achieved with Villers-Marmery's mineral-rich Chardonnay, adding smoky hints for roundness and lightness. Completing the blend are the Crus de Vaudemange and Trépail.
