Clos du Caillou Côtes du Rhône Le Bouquet des Garrigues Blanc is a creamy, delicately spicy white wine hailing from the Rhône Valley. This wine is crafted from a blend of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Roussanne grapes grown in estate vineyards planted on sandy and stony soils. The old vines are hand-harvested and pressed to liberate the juice. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, before spending a further five months to age until it is bottled. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including poultry and creamy cheeses.
