WINE DESCRIPTION
Cleto Chiarli Vecchia Modena Lambrusco di Modena is a sparkling red wine made from the Lambrusco di Sorbara variety hailing from the Modena region in Italy. The wine is made through a single fermentation under pressure in stainless steel tanks which traps the carbon dioxide, giving the wine its effervescent quality. It is produced in a drier Brut style with minimal detectable sweetness. The wine is aged for around 3 months prior to release to maintain the freshness and vibrancy of fruit.
