Crafted by the renowned Cinciano estate, this wine is composed of 100% Sangiovese grapes sourced from some of the estate’s prime vineyards, situated at approximately 250 meters above sea level with a favorable south-west exposure. This ideal location ensures optimal ripeness and balance in the fruit. After undergoing alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in large Slavonian oak barrels for about 18 months, which imparts a nuanced complexity and depth. The result is a wine that embodies the classic Chianti profile with rich cherry flavors, subtle oak influences, and a smooth, well-structured finish, showcasing the estate’s dedication to quality winemaking.
