Cieck San Giorgio Erbaluce di Caluso Spumante is a captivating sparkling wine born from the vision of Remo Falconieri, who first experimented with the Erbaluce grape in the 1980s after studying sparkling wine production in Champagne. The estate’s first sparkling release, this brut is crafted exclusively from hand-selected Erbaluce grapes grown at an average altitude of 320 meters on loose, moraine soils. With a rich family tradition of making “vin sfursà,” a homemade sparkling wine, Remo’s passion for bubbles shines through in this refined spumante. Aged for 36 months on lees, it undergoes meticulous traditional method vinification, with manual riddling and disgorging, resulting in a finely structured, fresh, and elegant sparkling wine. Perfect for celebrations or pairing with fine cuisine.
