WINE DESCRIPTION
Christina Zweigelt showcases the distinct qualities of loess soil. The grapes were selectively hand-picked and placed in large crates, ensuring optimal condition upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at approximately 26°C. After a brief maceration period of around two weeks, the wine was pressed and transferred to large wooden barrels where it matured for five months. The wine was bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur addition, preserving its natural flavors and integrity. This Zweigelt embodies a harmonious balance of traditional techniques and modern precision, offering a pure expression of its terroir.
