Christian Moreau Pere & Fils Chablis is a white wine produced in the Chablis appellation of Burgundy, France. The Moreau family is well established in Chablis with different branches of the family scattered throughout the area. The vineyards are located on the slopes of the Serein River, which provides ideal sun exposure for the Chardonnay grapes used in the wine which are farmed organically. The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit expression. No oak is used for this cuvee.
