WINE DESCRIPTION

Château Thomas-Laurent Bordeaux is a Bordeaux AOP wine meaning the grapes can be sourced from anywhere in the overarching region. The blend is predominantly composed of Merlot with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc playing a supporting role, helping to add tannin, acidity and floral notes. The vineyards are rooted in clay and sandy gravel soils. They are harvested mechanically and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a regulated temperatures in order to control the level extraction and aromatic profile of the wine. The wine is matured for a short period in inert vessels prior to its release.
