Château Soucherie Rosé de Loire is a pure, unoaked, refreshing, rosé. After harvesting and sorting, the grapes are pressed with the resulting juice being transferred into inert vessels to begin fermentation. The wine is fermented at cooler temperatures to retain fruit purity and delicate aromatics that can be lost at higher temperatures. The wine is then aged for a short period in inert vessels to homogenise the final blend and allow the vibrant fruit flavors to fully express themselves.
