WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Saint-Florin Blanc is located in the small village of Soussac in the viticultural region of Bordeaux. The wine is composed of a majority of Sauvignon Blanc with a proportion of Semillon. Grapes are harvested mechanically before being sorted. The wines are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain purity of fruit. Finally, the wines are fined using vegan and vegetarian-friendly agents prior to bottling.
