WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Saincrit Fougue is an approachable Bordeaux Superieur level quality wine. The grapes for this mono-varietal Merlot wine are planted on clay-limestone soils. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats to preserve the varietal character. The wine is then aged in oak add delicate aromas of cinnamon and clove to accompany the plummy fruit of Merlot and further soften the tannins to create a smooth and velvety texture.
