Château Phélan Ségur's Frank Phélan is an exceptional Bordeaux wine, crafted as a tribute to the estate's founder. As the second wine of the esteemed Château Phélan Ségur, it is produced in the illustrious Saint-Estèphe appellation and made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. The vineyards, situated on gravelly soils with a clay subsoil, benefit from a temperate maritime climate, ideal for slow, even ripening. Following traditional Bordeaux winemaking techniques, the wine is aged in French oak barrels, harmonizing fruit, tannin, and oak to produce a wine of great finesse.
