WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Panchille Bordeaux Supérieur is a majority blend of Merlot with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc from the Bordeaux region, located in Southwest France. The grapes can be sourced from all over the larger region of Bordeaux, but Château Panchille opts to use on estate-grown old-vine fruit in this wine. After completing the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for around 18 months in vat to help round out the tannins and harmonise the flavors, to ensure the wine is ready to be enjoyed on release.

Château Panchille Bordeaux Supérieur displays a medium ruby color.On the nose, aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, accompanied by hints of cedar, tobacco, and a touch of spice waft from the glass. The palate of this Merlot-dominated wine is round and medium-bodied, with smooth tannins and a well-balanced structure. The flavors of this wine are dominated by dark fruits, including plums and blackberries, with subtle notes of spices and earthiness that is present on the medium finish.
