WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Malbec Bordeaux is an old estate that is not surrounded by the suburbs of the city of Bordeaux. The wine from this family-owned, sustainably farmed, property is based upon Merlot with some support from Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The winemaking is gentle with a moderate extraction of tannins and 12 months of aging in old oak to allow the tannins to integrate whilst not hiding the fruit profile. This velvety tannins and refreshing acidity make this wine a delight for everyday drinking with food or without. This is a great introduction to the wines of the wider Bordeaux area.

Lacking a more powerful structure to facilitate aging this wine is meant for the table and should be enjoyed with roasted or grilled meats. Drink within 5 years.
