WINE DESCRIPTION

Château Haut-Bages Libéral is a celebrated Grand Cru Classé Pauillac from the Bordeaux region of France. It is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes that are hand-harvested from the estate's vineyards. The wine is aged for 18 months in 50% new French oak barrels, resulting in a complex and intense bouquet of dark fruits, cassis, tobacco, and earthy aromas. On the palate, the tannins are smooth and supple, and the flavors of dark berries and spices linger on the long finish.
