WINE DESCRIPTION
Chateau Frank Célèbre Rosé comes from hand-picked grapes sourced from the Fingers Lake in New York. The whole cluster grapes were immediately pressed. The base wine was fermented and bottled with the aim of producing a relatively neutral wine to allow the yeasty character to shine through with a small proportion of red wine added to give the wine its pink color. Second fermentation took place in bottle as per the traditional Méthode Champenoise. The wine was left in bottle with the lees for around 12 months prior to being disgorged and corked.

Chateau Frank Célèbre Rosé offers a beautiful pale pink color.On the nose, it exudes delicate aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and hints of floral notes. The palate has vibrant flavors of red berries, citrus zest, and a touch of minerality. The wine is well-balanced, with a crisp acidity that adds a refreshing quality to each sip. The finish is clean and lingering with notes of fresh delicate red berries and freshly baked bread.
