WINE DESCRIPTION
In 1990, L'Extravagant de Doisy-Dane was created. This rare and exceptional cuvée was born from an experiment carried out by Denis Dubourdieu. The wine is a cuvée from a Sauvignon Blanc infected with noble rot and pushed to the limit. The grapes were thus harvested in early November with a high sugar content, a high alcoholic potential, and very dense berries. Since 1990, only exceptional vintages have been produced in small quantities.
