Clusel-Roch Condrieu Verchery is made from the Viognier grape grown on steep slopes and granite soils in the Northern Rhone. Arriving at the cellar, the grapes are pressedand fermentation is done mostly in barrels, and a small part in stainless steel vats, always with indigenous yeasts. Aging lasts for about one year in barrels and in stainless steel vats.
