WINE DESCRIPTION
Château de Saint-Amour is a seductive, lightly tannic red wine made from the Gamay variety, hailing from the Beaujolais region. The grapes are sourced from Saint-Amour which is the northernmost Beaujolais Cru, and
the smallest characterized by granite soils. The winemaking process involves a manual harvest and a semi-carbonic maceration in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. The wine is matured for period in inert vessels, seeing no oak during the vinification.
