WINE DESCRIPTION
After collaborating with the renowned Mark Angeli at Ferme de Sansonnière, Guyonne Saclier de la Bâtie assumed control of Château de Bonnezeaux in Anjou in 2012. The neglected 70-year-old Chenin Blanc vines, abandoned for three decades, underwent meticulous revival under Guyonne's care. Applying the biodynamic techniques learned from Angeli, he resurrected the vineyard. In a brief period, Guyonne transformed into one of the most captivating producers in not only the Loire but all of France. His wines exude immense energy, drive, and irresistible appeal, reflecting the dedication and expertise invested in their creation.
