WINE DESCRIPTION
Château d’Aussières A d'Aussières is produced by the noted Domaines Barons de Rothschild in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Produced from a predominant blend of Syrah, with a proportion of Grenache and Mourvèdre, this wine shows a broad array of fruit and spicy flavors. After the grapes are harvested and sorted, before being fermented in a combination of stainless steel and cement vats. Finally, the wine was aged in French oak barrels and inert tanks to provide a mix of sweet spices and freshness in the final blend.
