WINE DESCRIPTION
Reflets du Château Cissac is the second wine from Château Cissac based in the Haut-Medoc. The Vialard family have owned the 65-hectare estate for five generations after Louis Vialard inherited it in 1940. The wine is typically a predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend fleshed out with some Merlot and Petit Verdot. The wine is aged in a proportion of French oak contributing notes of cedar and cinnamon to the dark fruit profile. This second wine is aimed at providing an earlier drinking, more approachable style compared to the Grand Vin.

Reflets du Château Cissac offers an attractive nose of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries and blackcurrants, intertwined with subtle hints of cedar, tobacco, and a subtle vegetal note.The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins that provide grip without being overly assertive. The ripe fruit flavors continue to shine, accompanied by well-integrated oak. The finish is moderate with flavors of dark fruits and a touch of earthiness.
