WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Bois-Martin Pessac-Léognan Rouge is overseen by the winemaking team of Graves Classified estate Château Carbonnieux and is bordered by both two other classified estates Château Fieuzal and Malartic-Lagraviere. The exact assemblage varies year on year, but the vineyards are planted with approximately 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 60% Merlot on sandy-gravel soils. The grapes are manually harvested in crates and fermented in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Maturation takes place in a combination of new and used barrels before the wine is bottled.
