Although Château Biac's history dates back to the 17th century, a complete reboot occurred in 2006. Lebanese entrepreneur Tony Asseily, smitten by the estate during a Bordeaux visit, committed to preserving Biac's excellent legacy. With the aid of Mouton Rothschild's long-serving technical director, Patrick Léon, an icon of Bordeaux, immediate investments revitalized the cellar, focusing on soil analysis and replanting. Following the ethos that, akin to a grand symphony, harmony yields exceptional experiences, success swiftly followed, with numerous triumphs in blind tastings. Indulge in this "modern" Bordeaux boasting robust structure, assertive tannins, minerality, and a lingering finish, a testament to Biac's remarkable resurgence.
