Julie, from Château Gillete in Bordeaux, known for Sauternes, and Xavier, deeply connected to Champagne vineyards in Vallée de la Marne. They realized their Champagne vision with 2 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards in 2000 when Xavier's family vineyards were divided.
