WINE DESCRIPTION
Chandon de Briailles Les Valozières Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru is a premium wine produced by François de Nicolay, owner of Chandon de Briailles winery. This wine comes from the Aloxe-Corton appellation located in the northern part of the Cote de Beaune and is known for yielding delicate red-fruited Pinot Noirs. The winemaking process usually involves retention of stems and aging in mostly neutral oak as François does not like his wines to marked by too much oak character.
