Cascina Ebreo Torbido! is typically a blend of organically certified grapes made predominantly from Nebbiolo with some Barbera, Sauvignon Blanc, Dolcetto and Malvasia Piemontese. The Cascina Ebreo estate is located in Piedmont, Northwest Italy. There is a heavy focus on sustainable practices and decreasing the environment impact. The wine is produced from late-harvested grapes, aged for 30 months in Austrian oak barrels before spending a period in bottle prior to its release.
