WINE DESCRIPTION
Casas Patronales is a distinguished wine from Maule Valley of Chile, a region celebrated for its ideal grape-growing conditions. This Merlot is crafted from carefully selected grapes, grown in vineyards with a mix of alluvial and clay soils that provide excellent drainage and nutrient balance. The winemaking process includes handpicking the grapes at optimal ripeness, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's vibrant flavors. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, which adds complexity and a smooth texture.
