WINE DESCRIPTION
Casal de Armán Eira Dos Mouros is a unique blend of local varieties produced in the region of Ribeiro, located in Galicia, Northwest Spain. The grapes are sourced entirely from estate-owned vineyards, which allows Casal de Armán to control quality at every stage of production. Following the harvest, the grapes are crushed and fermentation is carried out in stainless steel. The wine is subsequently aged for around a year in stainless steel vats to harmonise the flavors, before being bottled for about 4–5 months before release.

Casal de Armán Eira Dos Mouros displays an attractive medium ruby color in the glass.On the nose, the wine expresses a captivating array of crunchy red fruits, such as cherries and plums, intertwined with delicate floral notes. These aromas are complemented by subtle hints of spice and earthiness, adding depth and complexity to the wine. The palate shows a harmonious balance between fruitiness and firm acidity, whilst the vibrant red fruit flavors continue to shine, accompanied by a touch of minerality on the finish.
