Carrick Bannockburn Pinot Noir is a highly sought-after wine that showcases the classic style of Central Otago Pinot Noir. This exquisite wine is produced from the grapes from 4 different parcels and from different clones of Pinot Noir, which are all handpicked and fermented separately. The wine is then blended and matured in oak barrels for ca. 9 months and 1 year in bottles before release. The resulting wine is elegant and refined, with velvety texture, ripe soft tannins and a long, lingering finish. Truly a must-try for Pinot Noir enthusiasts.
