WINE DESCRIPTION
Cantina di Mogoro Nero Sardo Cannonau di Sardegna is produced on the Italian island of Sardinia. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils, ideal for retaining water during the warm growing season. The climate is Mediterranean with mild winters and hot summers which ensures Cannonau (Grenache) can ripen reliably every year. Wine is fermented then aged on fine lees (dead yeast) in stainless steel vats for period prior to bottling.
