WINE DESCRIPTION
Cantina del Nebbiolo Barbaresco is produced by a cooperative that was founded in 1959 in Vezza d'Alba. It brings together more than 170 winegrowers who cultivate 300 hectares of vines in the Langa and Roero areas. This wine is made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes grown in Barbaresco, Neive, Alba and Treiso. Maturation lasts for a minimum of 2 years including at least 9 months in cask before its release to help soften the grippy tannins that characterize Nebbiolo.

Cantina del Nebbiolo Barbaresco shimmers in the glass with a pale ruby hue.The nose reveals notes of fresh and tart red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, along with floral notes of rose petals and lavender. On the palate, it showcases a harmonious balance between its fruit flavors and its assertive tannic structure. It is has a full body, with a lean texture driven by a core of firm acidity. The flavors of ripe red fruits persist on the finish, accompanied by hints of spices, tobacco, and earthy undertones.
