WINE DESCRIPTION
Brunori Barco Rosso Conero is a medium bodied, Italian red wine with minimal oak influence with a moderate level of tannin and acidity, which combine to offer an accessible wine for everyday drinking. The wine comes from the Marche region, and is made from the Montepulciano grape. The juice is fermented in a mix of stainless steel and concrete vats prior to a short maturation in old oak vats for a broader mid-palate texture. The more easy drinking style when compared to other Italian classics, like Chianti, make this wine well suited for casual drinking on its own or with light meals.
