WINE DESCRIPTION
Brotherhood Pinot Noir is a premium wine produced by Brotherhood Winery, one of the oldest wineries in the United States having been established in 1839. The grapes are sourced from all over the state of New York, known for having a cool climate
for which Pinot Noir is well suited. The wine undergoes a warm fermentation in stainless steel vats, before an extended barrel maturation to round out the wine.

Brotherhood Pinot Noir has a faint, pale ruby color.The nose exhibits simple aromas of red fruit hinting at cherry, cranberry, strawberry and spices. On the palate, it is juicy and bright with flavors of crunchy strawberries, currants and pomegranate alongside Chinese five spice. The wine is light to medium-bodied on the palate with a relatively lean texture. The finish is brief but pleasant and juicy with a hint of spice.
