Brokenwood Oakey Creek Sémillon embodies the epitome of Hunter Valley craftsmanship. Hand-harvested and promptly processed, this wine undergoes stainless steel fermentation with neutral yeasts, omitting oak and malolactic fermentation. Upon release at three years of age, it exhibits a pale yellow hue with green highlights, characteristic of Hunter Valley Semillon. Fragrant aromas of lime pith, toast, honey, and citrus rind allure the senses, while the palate delights with weighty fruit, vibrant lime flavors, and gentle acidity. Brokenwood stands as a benchmark Australian winery, celebrated for its iconic single vineyard wines like The Graveyard Shiraz, and driven by a legacy of excellence since its inception in 1970.
