WINE DESCRIPTION
Brezza Langhe Chardonnay is a delicate and crisp, dry white wine hailing from rolling hills of the Langhe, located in the Piemonte region of northwest Italy. The vineyard is planted with Chardonnay grapes that are hand harvested, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats using a temperature control. After completing the fermentation, the wine remains for a few months on the lees (decomposing yeast) before being bottled. The resulting wine is a delightful companion to seafood dishes or a simple cheese platter.

The Brezza Langhe Chardonnay unveils a pale straw color, whilst the nose offers a captivating bouquet of ripe stone fruits and delicate citrus notes, interwoven with hints of white flowers and a touch of minerality.On the palate, it presents a vibrant acidity that elegantly supports flavors of juicy pear and peach, accented by subtle nuances of green apple and a whisper of tropical pineapple. The wine’s creamy texture leads to a well-rounded finish that is marked by mineral undertones.
