WINE DESCRIPTION
Brassfield Sauvignon Blanc from High Serenity Ranch Vineyard, located in the High Valley AVA of North Coast California. Grapes are harvested early in the morning to ensure peak acidity and freshness upon arrival to the winery. After gentle pressing, the wine is fermented in small stainless-steel tanks. Maturation occurs in tank on fine lees (decomposing yeast) with batonnage (lees stirring) creating additional body, texture and viscosity in the wine.

This Brassfield Sauvignon Blanc offers a vibrant and inviting nose of lemon, grapefruit, peach, and soft floral aromas coupled with an underlying herbaceous notes of freshly cut grass.On the palate, it is medium-bodied and round with a gentle leesy character. The wine is crisp, with zesty acidity and notes of grapefruit, honeydew melon, and white peach. The wine is expressive and refreshing, with a hint of minerality and a pleasant dry finish.
