WINE DESCRIPTION
Bortoluzzi Pinot Grigio is a made from grapes that have been harvested exclusively by hand and gently whole bunch pressed. The must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicacy of fruit without wishing to apart oak flavors. The wine is aged for a short period of lees in inert vessel before release resulting in a bright, delicate and varietally expressive Pinot Grigio.

This Bortoluzzi Pinot Grigio has a pale straw hue, with vibrant aromas of ripe green apples, conference pear and subtle citrus notes.On the palate, the wine is light and refreshing, with a lively acidity and flavors of ripe citrus, white peach and a hint of minerality. The finish is crisp and clean, with a pleasant hint of almond and white flowers.
