Bodegas Ismael Arroyo Valsotillo VS Reserva is a distinguished red wine made from 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo) grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected from vineyards using traditional glass pruning. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures, followed by 24 months of aging in a blend of American and French oak barrels in a historic XVI-century underground cellar. After bottling, it rests for a minimum of one year before release, ensuring a well-rounded and mature character.
