Bodegas Dios Baco Buleria Fino is a bone-dry, biologically-aged, fortified white wine produced using the Palomino Fino variety. Hailing from the appellation of Jerez de la Frontera, also known as Xérès or Sherry, located in the far south of Spain in the area of Andalusia. The vineyard features unique chalky soils and a warm climate, which contribute to the unique character of the wines. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by a process of blending, fortification and biological maturation, resulting in a wine that exudes elegance and finesse.
