Crafted by Tomeu Llabrés of Ca'n Verdura Viticultors, the Ca’n Verdura Supernova Blanc is a testament to meticulous winemaking. Comprising 100% Moll, this wine boasts a 12.5% alcohol content, hailing from the DO Binissalem-Mallorca region. The vineyards, scattered across small parcels in the production area, follow a philosophy of minimal intervention and respectful viticulture. Manual harvesting, gentle pressing, and static cold settling precede a 20% fermentation in French oak barrels. The remainder ferments in stainless steel tanks. Aging on lees for 5 months, this wine showcases the dedication to detail, resulting in a harmonious and expressive white.
