WINE DESCRIPTION

Birichino Saint Georges Pinot Noir is a delicate, lightly aromatic wine sourced from vineyard located in the cool Central Coast California. This region is ideally suited to earlier ripening varieties like Pinot Noir, allowing full flavor development without the risk of losing freshness or acidity. Maturation lasted around 1 year in cement and old french barrels before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. The resulting wine is highly expressive, showcasing the variety and place without the distraction of oak spice.
