Carefully tended by the skilled hands of Kevin and Carla Chambers, this vineyard exemplifies sustainable craftsmanship. The 2012 vintage Pinot Noir was made with meticulous detail: native yeast fermentation, 75% whole cluster inclusion, and ten months of aging on the lees in 30% new French oak. With only limited bottles produced—and this wine now discontinued—this wine encapsulates Big Table Farm's commitment to terroir-driven winemaking and artisan quality.
