Mannequin Predton

Voluptuous and deep wine with a plush texture, boasting a intense fruit profile, light nuances of cocoa and vanilla, and a hint of cedar. The appassamento treatment has resulted in a classy and firm palate, with a lingering finish. as it's imbiding well now, I would recommend aging it for a few more years to appreciate its full potential. I also wish the winery would consider producing more 100% Pure Vintage wines.
