The Nahe region in southwest Germany, just 25 miles south of the Mosel, boasts diverse geology and a temperate climate ideal for Riesling. Its unique red slate, a result of ancient volcanic activity, contributes to fresh, floral Rieslings with minerality. With an early growing season with rapid maturation yielded sassy Rieslings - crisp and lively with integrated acidity. BEX Riesling is fermented at cool temperatures and aged in stainless steel tanks to emphasize fresh fruit. Twist-off closures retain citrus and stone fruit nuances and a slight effervescence. This preserves delicate aromas, making them stand out when poured.
