WINE DESCRIPTION
Bergevin Lane Vineyards She-Devil Syrah is a full-bodied and impressive wine from the Walla Walla appellation, located in Washington State. Whilst Syrah is widely planted across the world, there are few regions that can compete with the Pacific Coast when it comes to sheer opulence. The ultra-ripe fruit is picked at peak maturity before the grapes undergo a whole berry fermentation. Maturation lasts about 20 months in a combination of new and used French and American oak barrels. This period of aging helps to create a luxurious mouthfeel and adds layers of exotic spice.

The Bergevin Lane Vineyards She-Devil Syrah has an inky purple appearance that stains the glass.The nose is explosive, with an array of jammy dark fruits ranging from blackberries and black plums, accompanied by hints of spice, violets and dark chocolate. On the palate, this Syrah reveals its full-bodied nature with a rich and velvety texture. The flavors of ripe black fruits dominate, with notes of blackberry jam, dark chocolate, and a subtle hint of vanilla. The wine's well-integrated tannins provide structure and balance on the lingering finish.
