WINE DESCRIPTION
Berceo Crianza is a red blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Graciano produced by Bodegas Berceo, a winery located in the Rioja appellation of Northern Spain. The wine is made from selected grapes grown in the winery's own vineyards, which are situated in the heart of Rioja. Fermentation takes place in a combination of stainless steel and concrete eggs. The ageing occurs in a mix of American and French oak barrels for 12-14
months prior to being bottled and aged for a further 6 months prior to release.

This Berceo Crianza has a deeply concentrated ruby color.On the nose, there are aromas of dark plum, blackcurrant and blackberry intermingled with earth and sweet, fresh tobacco. On the palate, this medium to full-bodied red is intense, with dark fruit flavors, each supported by a fine layer of tannins and balanced acidity that provides balance to the wine. The finish is moderate and layered, with lingering notes of oak, spice, and leather.
